Neal’s journey in the world of benefits commenced at Aetna US Healthcare in NJ and led him to pivotal roles with United Healthcare of NJ and Horizon Healthcare of NY. Throughout these experiences, he honed his skills in offering comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance solutions, along with Short Term & Long Term Disability products, to companies of all sizes.
In May of 2007, Neal embarked on a new chapter by joining an independent broker in Staten Island, NY. Here, he seamlessly blended his exceptional interpersonal skills and in-depth knowledge of employee benefits to help clients slash their annual premiums by as much as 25%, all while preserving essential coverage. What truly distinguishes Neal is his hands-on approach, forging personal connections with individuals, employers, and insurance providers, setting him head and shoulders above his peers in the industry.

Beyond his professional achievements, Neal actively contributes to several non-profit and charitable organizations. He has served on the board of the Staten Island Alzheimer’s Foundation, contributed to the West Brighton Community LDC, participated in the Annual fundraising committee for the New York Center for Interpersonal Development, and held the role of Club Secretary for the Staten Island Rotary Club.
